Incorporated as a limited liability company (capital SAR 100,000) under the name Qoot for developing food and restaurants.

Addendum to amend the Memorandum of Association — name changed to Development Food Company. Resolution adopted on 11/11/2013 G (07/01/1435 H).

Capital increased to SAR 12,500,000 and converted to a closed joint-stock company. Ministerial Decree No. 19 dated 26/10/2016 G (25/01/1438 H) approved registration as a closed JSC.
